Thin-walled, hollow parts that require tight tolerances can be manufactured using a rotational molding process. We have the ability to create complex geometries in a single seamless part, using proprietary resins and affordable tooling.
Ideal for corrosion protection, this process creates a seamless, bonded thermoplastic liner on the inside of vessels. We have the capability of lining equipment with complex geometries and diameters up to 10 feet as well as pipe up to 5 feet in diameter and 20 feet in length.
For over 20 years, we have used a process called Selective Laser Sintering to create durable, production thermoplastic parts for customers that have strict geometry and material specifications. This process typically does not require tooling and is well-suited to iterative design changes.
