Engineered Design
Whether you need a complex “white paper” subsystem design or an existing part designed for our manufacturing process, we can help. You can rely on our in-house engineers and their extensive material and process knowledge to design a part for your specific needs. They will work with you directly throughout the development process to provide feedback on part and tool design, tooling fabrication, and first article attainment.
Metal Fabrication for Corrosion Protection Applications
We perform metal fabrication on ASME pressure vessels and non-coded equipment. We are able to perform testing, inspection, and certification of the finished product. As a certified compliant organization with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), we meet the ASME requirements for U-Stamped pressure vessel fabrication, National Board requirements for R-Stamped pressure vessel repair, and ASME B31.1 and B31.3 for piping fabrication.
Metal Fabrication Materials:
- Carbon steel
- Stainless steel
- Aluminum
- Other exotic alloys
Examples of Metal Fabrication Projects:
- ASME vessels
- Pipes
- Manifolds
- Fittings
- Spools
- Filter vessels
- Tanks
- Columns
- Fabrications that include siteglass, pad flanges, diptubes and other features
Plastic Welding for High Purity Applications
We offer hot-gas plastic welding services, as well as testing, inspection, and certification of the finished product. We are a certified compliant organization with the American Welding Society (AWS) B 2.4 “Specification for the Qualification of Welding Procedure and Performance Qualifications for Thermoplastics”. We are certified to weld polypropylene, PVDF, and PFA.
We also offer fusion welding services.
Plastic Welding Materials:
- PFA
- PVDF
- Polyethylene
- HDPE
We perform hot gas plastic welding to add the following components to vessels:
- Fittings
- Plastic dip tubes
- Sensor brackets
- Other ancillary features
Tooling and Machining
We can manufacture your tooling on-site, with no third-party delays or additional costs. The same engineers who understand thermoplastics will ensure your mold is manufactured to make products that meet your specifications. With this in-house capability, we prevent surprise delays, cost overruns, product shrinkage, and dimensional nonconformance. With our in-house machine shop, we are able to meet demanding dimensional requirements while preventing delays and cost overruns.
Painting and Anodizing
To give your product a finished look, we provide painting and aluminum anodizing services per your specifications.

Post-Production Assembly
For your aerospace or high purity projects, we can install insulation, fittings, brackets and accessories.
Logistics
If you desire, we can manage the logistics of shipping to and from our facility.
